MR Option definition

MR Option means the option set forth in Section 3.2(a).

Examples of MR Option in a sentence

  • Unless and until DSP exercises the MR Option pursuant to Section 3.2, DSP shall use such MR Program Data for the sole purpose of obtaining and maintaining the Regulatory Approval for the IR Product in the Territory.

  • Unless and until DSP exercises the MR Option pursuant to Section 3.2, DSP shall use such right of inspection to Regulatory Filings of MR Product for the sole purpose of obtaining and maintaining the Regulatory Approval for the IR Product in the Territory.

  • If after review of the MR data and documentation, Alliance decides that it does not wish to initiate an application for Marketing Authorisation for MR for the treatment of periodontitis in any country or countries in the Territory, Alliance shall, before the expiration of the Option Period, return all such data to CollaGenex, and Alliance’s right to the MR Option shall lapse.

  • DSP shall pay to Neurocrine a license fee equal to [...***...] within thirty (30) days of DSP’s exercise of the MR Option.

  • As soon as practicable following the exercise of the MR Option by Alliance, CollaGenex will or will procure that its parent company, CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

  • The shares of Common Stock that are the subject of the M&R Option Agreement are currently and validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable and free of any liens or encumbrances or restrictions on transfer other than restrictions on transfer under the Transaction Agreements, and liens or encumbrances created by or imposed by the Purchaser and were issued in compliance with all applicable laws.
