M&R Items definition

M&R Items. (Maintenance and Repair) means all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair and replacement activities required to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Facilities, including, but not limited to, all normal
M&R Items means all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair and replacement activities required to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Facilities, including, but not limited to, all normal maintenance of the grounds of the Facilities, routine or repetitive activities required to sustain the normal service life of the Facilities and the components thereof, non-routine or unscheduled preventative or corrective maintenance, repair, or replacement activities required for the operational continuity, safety and performance of the Facilities, and the replacement of all components of the Facilities at the end of their planned or actual useful life or as necessary to comply with the obligations of this Agreement.

Examples of M&R Items in a sentence

  • AWO&M shall pay the costs of M&R Items up to $10,000 (the “Replacement Cap”) per event, excluding AWO&M labor costs, during the Term of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 8, AWO&M shall have the right, in emergency situations, to authorize the expenditure of monies for M&R Items where the failure to do so would have an adverse impact, as determined by AWO&M, on health and human safety, the Facilities, the CITY Equipment or the property the Parties or of third parties.

  • The annual budget for such M&R Items costing less than $50,000 in the annual aggregate (the “Repairs Limit”) is included in the AWO&M Compensation.
