UCS Score definition
UCS Score means the score or classification, as determined for each Receivable in accordance with the Credit Manual as in effect from time to time with such changes as shall be approved by the loan committee of Cofina and the Required Persons for each Series.

The Servicer shall confirm and ensure that the UCS Score assigned to each Receivable shall at all times reflect the proper UCS Score applicable to such Receivable in accordance with the Credit Manual as then currently in effect.
