MQD definition

MQD means the Partnership’s minimum quarterly distribution of $0.275 per Unit.
MQD means $0.45 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending at the end of the Quarter in which the Effective Date occurs, it means the product of $0.45 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period, and of which the denominator is the number of days in that Quarter), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6.

Examples of MQD in a sentence

  • If Delta and/or American Express determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this MQD Benefit in any way or that you intend to do so, Delta may not credit, Delta may freeze, or Delta may take away MQDs from your account or terminate your participation in the SkyMiles Program.

  • MQDs will not extend or roll over from year to year, and MQD balance will be reset to zero on or about January 1 each calendar year.

  • This means that for the first year of Card Membership, the Card Member's eligible purchase period for the MQD Benefit may be shorter than twelve months.

  • This means that in some cases your purchases may not count toward the MQD threshold in the year in which you made the purchases.

  • American Express relies on the transaction date submitted to us by the merchant, which may differ from the date you make a purchase, to determine whether the purchase counts toward the MQD threshold in that Qualification Year.

  • Basic Card Members can confirm their MQD progress for a Qualification Year by logging into their SkyMiles account on ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or in the Fly Delta app.

  • MQDs will be deducted from the MQD Balance (and may result in a negative MQD Balance) for any returns or other credits, and Delta reserves the right to adjust, remove, or suspend Medallion Status if you return, reverse or charge back eligible purchases in a way that reduces your MQD balance below the threshold of any Medallion Tier for the preceding Qualification Year.

  • If applicable, Provider shall submit annual cost reports to the MQD.

  • This shall include a count of the point in time Demonstration eligibles receiving MQD FFS services through the DOH CAMHD and AMHD Programs.

  • CAMHD will be responsible for notifying MQD of referrals between CAMHD and the QUEST plan.

Related to MQD

  • Common Unit Economic Balance means (i) the Capital Account balance of the General Partner, plus the amount of the General Partner’s share of any Partner Minimum Gain or Partnership Minimum Gain, in either case to the extent attributable to the General Partner’s ownership of Partnership Common Units and computed on a hypothetical basis after taking into account all allocations through the date on which any allocation is made under Section 6.2.D hereof, divided by (ii) the number of the General Partner’s Partnership Common Units.

  • OP Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(c) hereof.

  • Class B Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).

  • Winter Season means the period commencing on November 1 of any year and ending on the next succeeding March 31.

  • Cumulative Common Unit Arrearage means, with respect to any Common Unit, whenever issued, and as of the end of any Quarter, the excess, if any, of (a) the sum resulting from adding together the Common Unit Arrearage as to an Initial Common Unit for each of the Quarters within the Subordination Period ending on or before the last day of such Quarter over (b) the sum of any distributions theretofore made pursuant to Section 6.4(a)(ii) and the second sentence of Section 6.5 with respect to an Initial Common Unit (including any distributions to be made in respect of the last of such Quarters).
