MPS Work Contract definition

MPS Work Contract means an agreement between an agency and an MPS Authorized Supplier for delivery of MPS under the MPS State Contract for an agreed upon rate over a fixed period, subject to mutually agreed upon revision as needed to meet the agency’s business needs. A MPS Work Contract may include a combination of service related activities required to manage agency’s entire fleet print equipment or portions of their print equipment fleet as needed.

  • Public work contract means a contract for constructing, altering, or repairing a public building or carrying out or completing any pub- lic work. Gov’t Code 2253.001(4)

  • framework contract means a payment service contract which governs the future execution of individual and successive payment transactions and which may contain the obligation and conditions for setting up a payment account;

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • Project Contract means any Contract, excluding this Agreement and, as and when executed, the Ancillary Agreements [reserved], to which Seller is a party, or by which Seller or any of the Project Assets is bound, that relates to or has the primary purpose of supporting the Work or the Project, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Contract pursuant to which Seller or any of its Affiliates is granted a real property or other interest in the Project Site (in whole or in part) or is licensed or granted the right to use, or holds or possesses, any Project Intellectual Property Rights.

  • O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;
