MPS 2 definition

MPS 2 means the payment system described in section 2.3. New Milk Baseline means the new milk baseline as defined in section 2.6. New Milk Incentive means the incentive, the details for which are set out in section 2.6.
MPS 2 means the payment system described by that name in Item 4 of the Details and with the associated pricing set out in Item 6 of the Details.

Non‐Exclusive Supplier means a person that elects to supply Milk to us on a non‐exclusive basis by selecting the “Non‐Exclusive Supply” option in Item 4 of the Details.

Examples of MPS 2 in a sentence

  • If there is a Sharefarmer Supplier under this Agreement, the Bega Supplier and the Sharefarmer Supplier must both be paid under the same payment system being either MPS 1 or MPS 2.

  • Invoices must conform to the following requirements: 1) in a form and format approved by MPS; 2) clearly designate whether for E-rate eligible locations or non-E-rate eligible locations; 3) clearly designate the Service Provider’s name; 4) submitted only after goods have been provided; and 5) include specific name(s), part number(s) and cost of the item(s) provided.

  • Suppliers paid under either MPS 1 or MPS 2 are eligible to receive the New Milk Incentive.
