If the Site Works and Installation Services involve the installation of a Supply Point, the Supplier shall provide the Authority and the Contracted Customer with all details of the new Supply Point including the address, MPRN and Meter serial number of all Meters as billed at the Supply Point (“Supply Point Information”).
If the difference could not be resolved but the commercial agreement is for the Meter Worker to continue, then the MPRN provided on the paperwork will be used and the discrepancy noted.
The MRSO shall provide such information within 5 Working Days in respect of any one MPRN.
