Seller has been engaged in the construction and sale of homes, town homes, and condominium units on the MPR Property.
At Closing, Seller shall convey to Buyer fee simple title to the Real Property by execution and delivery of statutory warranty deeds in the form of Schedule 3.4(a) hereto as to the MPR Property (the "MPR Deed") and in the form of Schedule 3.4(b) hereto as to the Peacock Hill Property (the "Peacock Hill Deed"), subject only to the Permitted Exceptions.
