MPOP definition

MPOP means Minimum Point of Presence.
MPOP. The building owner jointly with the BCN Customer, is responsible for all inherent costs required to provide conduit and/or interduct from the inside sleeve to the Contractor’s minimum point of penetration (MPOP) in the building. Contractor shall be responsible for all material and labor to provide and pull cabling required to provide the service through that conduit and/or interduct to the MPOP (where the service to be installed/delivered). Examples of MPOP in a sentence

  • If the Borrowers shall not have given timely notice to continue any Eurodollar Loan into a subsequent Interest Period (and shall not otherwise have given notice to convert such Loan), such Loan (unless repaid or required to be repaid pursuant to the terms hereof) shall automatically be converted into an Alternate Base Loan.

  • Landlord shall provide all required cable from the MPOP to the telecommunications panel (IDF) on the floor of which the Leased Premises are a part for present and future requirements (2 pair from the MPOP to the IDF for each work station).

  • LESSOR shall establish and identify the location of the MPOP for service provided by the telephone company.

  • Telecommunications facilities running through the Main Point of Presence (“MPOP”) Room located in the second lower-level of the South Retail Parcel near ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be shared by the Owners, and the MPOP Room shall be controlled by Office Owner.
