Mpho ya badimo definition

Mpho ya badimo means giving back to those who were here before us. This can be done when you show respect and appreciation to those who were here before us, and also for balancing of life. With this ritual a sacrifice has to be made, normally of a sheep or a goat. With the food from this animal it is important to maintain the discipline of one who is eating what part of the sacrificial animal.
