The committee shall consist of sixteen (16) members, six (6) AFSCME representatives, one (1) MPEC representative, one (1) AFT-Healthcare representative, and eight (8) management representatives.
AFSCME, MPEC, AFT, and management shall each select and appoint their representative committee members.

The construction cost for the vertical MPEC structure, assumes a slab on grade pad ready site and does not include: financing costs, parking, land, infrastructure and on and off site work required for the development of the MPEC.
