  • Pursuant to the SPA, MPCB shall deliver or caused to be delivered vacant possession and / or legal possession (as the case may be) of the units owned by MPCB, AESB and OPCP in Wisma MPL to the Purchaser within five (5) Business Days from the date of receipt by the MPCB’s solicitors of the documentary proof as to the deposit of the full Balance Disposal Price with the MPCB or the MPCB’s solicitors.
