MPAKVN shall not be responsible in any way for such costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of this process.
If the O&M Contract is not signed by the successful Bidder within the period as specified hereinabove, for any reasons thereof and no extension of time has been sought to the satisfaction of MPAKVN, then MPAKVN reserves the right to withdraw the offer, and proceed ahead in any manner it deems fit.
