MP Projects definition
MP Projects means the power generation facilities indirectly owned by KGen Power through the MP Project Companies.
Examples of MP Projects in a sentence
The term of this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof and shall end on the earlier of (i) the date KGen Power has sold the MP Projects and all related real and personal property or (ii) termination by KGen Power upon 30 days' prior written notice to Manager; provided that the term of this Agreement shall not extend beyond two years from the date hereof.
