Related to MP FACTOR

  • Fit factor means a quantitative estimate of the fit of a particular respirator to a specific individual, and typically estimates the ratio of the concentration of a substance in ambient air to its concentration inside the respirator when worn.

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Load factor means the percentage of aircraft seats actually occupied on a flight (RPMs divided by ASMs). “NMB” means the National Mediation Board.

  • Adjustment Factor means, with respect to a share of the Fund (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of the Fund.   • Power Factor means the ratio of usage power measured in kW to total power measured in kVA;
