M&P Employees definition
M&P Employees means all management and professional employees employed by BCH or Westech in an Outsourced Unit as of January 31, 2003, and any individuals who may be hired, during the Interim Period, by BCH or Westech as management or professional employees to work in an Outsourced Unit, provided that such new M&P Employee fills an existing job function and BCH or Westech, as the case may be, obtains ABS’ prior written consent to such hire, but excluding any M&P Employees whose employment with BCH or Westech terminates for any reason prior to the Closing Date;
Examples of M&P Employees in a sentence
BCH and ABS shall cooperate in managing the transfer of the Transferred M&P Employees and the transfer of their non-pension and, in the case of the M&P Employees who are Option (c) Transferred Employees, their pension benefits and entitlements from BCH to ABS.
As of the date of this Agreement, all M&P Employees except the Excluded M&P Employees listed on the Offer Tracking Spreadsheet have accepted such conditional offer of employment with ABS.
