MP Employee definition

MP Employee. : means any of MP’s own staff or engagement team members providing services to the Client for the purposes of this Agreement, including MP resourcers, researchers, recruitment consultants, managers and/or directors.

Examples of MP Employee in a sentence

  • No later than 30 days following the Effective Date, the Company shall pay, or cause to be paid by M&P, Employee a lump-sum, cash bonus of $15,000, less all applicable withholdings and deductions.

  • Subject to Section 4.6, an M&P Employee who has accepted an offer of employment with ABS shall be employed by ABS from and after the time of Closing on the Closing Date.
