In the absence of any rate being reflected in the Quote and/or Order Confirmation Forms, then the rate reflected in the Movement Slip will apply.
In the absence of any rate being reflected in the Movement Slip, then the rate reflected in the Quotation will apply and failing all of the afore- said, the rate which the Company would have charged for such Assignee in that region will apply.
