Movement Cost definition

Movement Cost means the hourly rate of five thousand seven hundred thirty-one United States dollars (US$5,731.00) per flight hour, pro-rated for fractions thereof, but in any event not to exceed the maximum sum permitted by Federal Aviation Regulation ("FAR") 91.501(d).
