Movement Certificate definition

Movement Certificate means a Certificate of Origin (Form E) issued by an intermediate exporting Party, based on the original Certificate of Origin (Form E) issued by the first exporting Party proving the origin status of the products in question;
Movement Certificate means a certificate referred to in Articles 9(2)(b) and 10 of the Council Regulation;

  • The exporter must indicate in the application the place and date of exportation of the products to which the Movement Certificate EUR.1/A.TR relates.

  • Therefore, a Movement Certificate EUR1 or Invoice Declaration may not be issued for goods containing any materials which have benefited from duty suspension under IP.

  • A Movement Certificate EUR.1 or a GSP Form A must be submitted within 10 months of the date of issue to the customs authorities of the importing state where the products are entered.

Related to Movement Certificate

  • Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment].

  • Interim Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment], other than the Final Payment Certificate.

  • Final Payment Certificate means the payment certificate issued under Sub-Clause 14.13 [Issue of Final Payment Certificate].

  • Independent Certificate means a certificate or opinion to be delivered to the Indenture Trustee under the circumstances described in, and otherwise complying with, the applicable requirements of Section 11.1 of the Indenture, made by an independent appraiser or other expert appointed by an Issuer Order, and such opinion or certificate shall state that the signer has read the definition of “Independent” in this Appendix A and that the signer is Independent within the meaning thereof.

  • Gift certificate means a merchandise certificate conspicuously designated as a gift certificate, and purchased by a buyer for use by a person other than the buyer.

  • Certificate means this entire Certificate of Approval document, issued in accordance with Section 53 of the Ontario Water Resources Act, and includes any schedules;

  • Tax credit certificate means a certificate issued by the office that:

  • Safety Certificate and “deemed Safety Certificate” have the meanings given to “safety certificate” and “deemed safety certificate” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;

  • Earned credit certificate means a certificate issued by the Chief Procurement Officer evidencing the amount of earned credit a contractor has been awarded.

  • Pricing Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit E, properly completed and signed by a Senior Officer or his or her designated representative of Borrower.
