Moved. (movement, move) means shipped, offered for shipment, received for transportation, transported, carried, or allowed to be moved, shipped, transported, or carried.
Moved means shipped, transported, or otherwise moved or delivered or received for movement by any person.
Moved means client has moved out of the provider's service area.
