The Resident will pay to the FACILITY a non-refundable one-time Move-in Fee (the "Move-in Fee") in an amount indicated on Exhibit 2, subject to the provisions of this Article III.
Prior to or on the Occupancy Date, the Resident shall pay the FACILITY for the first month prorated based upon the date of occupancy (as given on Exhibit 1) and a one- time Move-in Fee (as listed on Exhibit 2).
Of this additional Move-in Fee, $100.00 per animal is non-refundable and payable to Landlord/Agent as consideration of additional administrative expense of an animal occupied property.
