A settling-in allowance of USD $30,000 shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the date of the Reading Move Date, which settling-in allowance shall be paid in British Pounds, as converted using the exchange rate as of the date of payment.
On and after the Reading Move Date, such allowances shall be payable in British Pounds.
