Move Date definition

Move Date means the last day of the first month as of which more than 50% of the Partnership Parties’ employees have moved away from the One Valero Way location.

Examples of Move Date in a sentence

  • A settling-in allowance of USD $30,000 shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the date of the Reading Move Date, which settling-in allowance shall be paid in British Pounds, as converted using the exchange rate as of the date of payment.

  • On and after the Reading Move Date, such allowances shall be payable in British Pounds.
