Deck means any open structure attached to the main dwelling having a height greater than 0.6 m (2.0 ft.) above ground level, and thereby requiring stairs and railings as outlined in regulations approved under the Safety Codes Act. A deck shall not have walls higher than 1.25 m (4.1 ft.) or a roof;
Stack means any point in a source designed to emit solids, liquids, or gases into the air, including a pipe or duct but not including flares.
PAD means a Preauthorized Debit.
Pole means a service pole, municipally owned utility pole, node support pole, or utility pole.
Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.
Valve means a device used to control the flow of water in the irrigation system.
Diameter means the greatest dimension measured at right angles to a line from the stem to the blossom end of the cherry.
Pump means a device used to raise pressure, drive, or increase flow of liquid streams in closed or open conduits.
Container means any portable device in which a material is stored, transported, treated, disposed of, or otherwise handled.
Pile means any non-containerized accumulation of solid, nonflowing hazardous waste that is used for treatment or storage and that is not a containment building.
Loader means any type of off-road tractor with either tracks or rubber tires that uses a bucket on the end of movable arms to lift and move material; can be also referred to as a front-end loader, front loader, skid steer loader, backhoe, rubber- tired loader, or wheeled loader.
Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.
Pitch means a Grass Pitch or Football Turf Pitch.
Engine degreaser means a cleaning product designed to remove grease, grime, oil and other contaminants from the external surfaces of engines and other mechanical parts.
Drum means any cylindrical metal shipping container larger than 12 gallons capacity but no larger than 110 gallons capacity.
Installed means attached or connected such that an item requires tools for removal.
Antenna means communications equipment that transmits or receives electromagnetic radio frequency signals used in the provision of wireless services.
Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management. "Freeboard" tends to compensate for the many unknown factors that could contribute to flood heights greater than the height calculated for a selected size flood and floodway conditions, such as wave action, blockage of bridge or culvert openings, and the hydrological effect of urbanization of the watershed.
Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.
Feedlot means a confined area with watering and feeding facilities where animals or birds are held and fed for the purpose of weight gain;
Cabin means a small, one-story dwelling of simple construction which is available for rental on a daily or weekly basis.
hoist means any power-driven apparatus for raising or lowering a load by the application of a pulling force that does not include a car or platform running in guides. The term includes all types of hoists, such as base-mounted electric, clevis suspension, hook suspension, monorail, overhead electric, simple drum and trolley suspension hoists.
Install means the complete installation of any item, equipment or material.
Semitrailer means every vehicle without motive power designed for carrying persons or property and for being drawn by a motor vehicle and constructed so that some part of its weight and its load rests or is carried by another vehicle.
Flashing light means a light flashing at regular intervals at a frequency of 120 flashes or more per minute.
Billboard means a public display used to advertise, including:
