MoU/Contract definition
MoU/Contract means the agreement between the department and the RTD Partner, duly signed by the parties to the agreement through their authorized representative, for providing the services as prescribed in this contract and as per terms and conditions as mentioned under this MoU and as per scheme guidelines/ BSDM approved process and cost norms as revised time to time.
