However, Motus GI and investigators will be bound by their obligation to complete the follow-up of subjects already participating in the study.
Similarly, investigators may withdraw from the study at any time, subject to providing written notification to Motus GI 30 days prior to the date they intend to withdraw.
Motus GI reserves the right to discontinue the study at any stage, with suitable written notice to all investigators and reviewing IRBs, following unforeseen events or other factors that do not permit continuation of the study.
Imperial Limited and Motus Holdings Limited may, on three months written notice to the Board, reduce, suspend or terminate his contributions to the Scheme.
