Each of Yueyun Investment Management, Chaozhou Yueyun, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Motor Road and Gongbei Transportation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GCGC.
Therefore, each of GCGC, Yueyun Investment Management, Chaozhou Yueyun, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Motor Road and Gongbei Transportation is a connected person of the Company under the Listing Rules.
private road means a road (not being a public road) which is either constructed by the Joint Venturers in accordance with their proposals as approved by the Minister hereunder or agreed by the parties to be a private road for the purposes of this Agreement;
public road means any road, street or thoroughfare or any other place (whether a thoroughfare or not) which is commonly used by the public or any section thereof or to which the public or any section thereof has a right of access, and includes –
Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:
the trunk road means the A590 Trunk Road;
Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.
