Motion to Certify definition

Motion to Certify means Lead Plaintiff’s motion for certification of a class consisting of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Endo common stock or ordinary shares between November 30, 2012 and June 8, 2017, inclusive, and were damaged thereby, and for appointment of Lead Plaintiff as class representative and Lead Counsel as class counsel.
