MoT Guidelines definition

MoT Guidelines means the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India as applicable to the Project in respect of obtaining the accreditation for Hotel / Facility with relevant star category services as mentioned in the Annexure-III of this Agreement and as amended by MoT from time to time.
MoT Guidelines means the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India as applicable to the Project in respect of obtaining the accreditation for Hotel with relevant star category services as mentioned in the Annexure-III of this Agreement and as amended by MoT from time to time.

Examples of MoT Guidelines in a sentence

  • The work shall conform to norms as laid out in PWD specifications / MoT Guidelines / BIS codes / IS codes / NBC codes for functional requirements of buildings etc.

  • The Concessionaire fails to obtain accreditation from the concerned agency in accordance with MoT Guidelines as mentioned in the Annexure within 3 (three) months from the date of issue Completion Certificate or provisional certificate whichever is issued earlier for the Hotel.

  • The specifications in terms of sizes and service quality shall strictly be in accordance with MoT Guidelines for relevant category / classification and / or any other local guidelines as applicable including relevant architectural standards.

  • In the event of failure to perform the obligations or comply with the Performance Standards and rectifying any defects within permissible time limits laid down in Schedule III and MoT Guidelines as mentioned in the Annexure, the Concessionaire shall be liable to a penalty which shall not exceed the 0.1% Performance Security for each day until rectification of such defect/damage subject to maximum of 10% of Performance Security for each lapse in compliance in the performance standards or MoT Guidelines.

  • Concessionaire shall follow MoT Guidelines as mentioned in the Annexure III of this Agreement and acquire accreditation from MoT within 3 (three) months of completion.

  • In the event of failure to perform the obligations or comply with the Performance Standards and rectifying any defects within permissible time limits laid down in Schedule III, the Concessionaire shall be liable to a penalty which shall not exceed the 0.1% Performance Security for each day until rectification of such defect/damage subject to maximum of 10% of Performance Security for each lapse in compliance in the performance standards or MoT Guidelines.

  • Developing the Project consisting of all Facilities as prescribed under MoT Guidelines for procuring 4-star hotel rating and mentioned in the Annexure attached with this agreement.

  • The Concessionaire fails to obtain accreditation as a 4-star hotel from the concerned agency in accordance with MoT Guidelines as mentioned in the Annexure within 3 (three) months from the date of issue Construction Completion Certificate or provisional certificate whichever is issued earlier for the Circuit House.

  • Carry the O&M of all 70 (seventy) rooms as per MoT Guidelines for 4-star Hotels as mentioned in the Annexure-III of the Concession Agreement.
