The University will make available information about hazardous substances in the workplace as required by Minnesota Employees Right to Know Act (MERTKA) and the Minnesota Occupational Safety and Health Act (MOSHA).
Employer shall furnish to employees the necessary protective clothing and equipment for protection from blood borne diseases in accordance with applicable state and federal MOSHA and OSHA regulations.
