Mortgage Note Indenture definition

Mortgage Note Indenture means that certain indenture dated as of December 28, 1993 among the Company, as issuer, the Mortgagor, as guarantor, and First Bank National Association (now known as U.S. Bank National Association), as trustee, as it may be amended from time to time, relating to the Company's Mortgage Notes.
Mortgage Note Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of April 17, 1997, by and among the Borrower, the Mortgage Note Trustee, and Consumers U.S., Inc., as guarantor, as amended by Supplemental Indenture No. 1 thereto.
Mortgage Note Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated as of November 14, 1997, by and among the Maker, LVSI, the Mortgage Note Guarantors and the Mortgage Note Trustee, as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Mortgage Note Indenture means that certain indenture among the Issuer, as issuer, the Partnership, as guarantor, and First Bank National Association (now known as U.S. Bank National Association), as trustee, dated as of December 28, 1993, relating to the Issuer's 11 3/4% Mortgage Notes due 2003 as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended by one or more indentures supplemental thereto.
Mortgage Note Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of the date hereof, by and among TCFI, the Partnership and the Trustee, relating to TCFI's 11 3/4% Mortgage Notes due 2003, as such Indenture may be supplemented, modified or amended by one or more indentures or other instruments supplemental thereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions thereof.
Mortgage Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of January 23, 1996 between the Company and Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Company issued the Mortgage Notes, as such indenture may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the items thereof and hereof.
