Mortgage Lien Amount definition

Mortgage Lien Amount means Deed of Trust Lien Amount.
Mortgage Lien Amount or "Lien Amount" therein is solely for use in calculating the Borrowing Base and shall not prohibit, limit, or restrict (a) Agent's lien against each Facility pursuant to the Financing Documents; or (b) any of Agent's remedies provided in a Financing Document.
