Mortagee definition

Mortagee means any holder of the Mortgage.
Mortagee means a person or entity to whom a Mortgage is made or who otherwise is the holder of a Mortgage; “Mortgagor” means a person or entity who mortgages his or its property to another, i.e., the maker of a Mortgage.

  • Landlord, Tenant and Mortagee ----------------------------- shall be named as additional insured on Tenant's policy.

  • To the extent any of the Mortgaged Property is located within the State of Oklahoma, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, Mortgagee may, at its option, and Mortgagor hereby confers on Mortagee for the benefit of the Secured Parties the power to, sell the Mortgaged Property and the interests therein in the manner provided for in the Oklahoma Power of Sale Mortgage Foreclosure Act, OKLA.

  • The current Landlord’s Mortagee is Bank of Texas, N.A., whose address is set forth on Exhibit G hereto.

  • The parties acknowledge that, as a condition to the effectiveness of this Amendment, Landlord needs to obtain the consent of Landlord’s Mortagee (the “Lender Consent”).

  • Provided always that the Mortagee Corporation reserves the right to recover any dues on account of the interest and other charges by the adjustment of the un- disbursed loan if the Mortgagor Company fails to make the payment on his own.

  • Mortgagor shall permit Mortagee, by its agents, representatives, accountants and attorneys, to visit and inspect the Premises, the Real Estate Fixtures and the Equipment at such reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to Mortgagor as may be reasonably requested by Mortgagee.

A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.
