Services for MOPT website development estimated to cost less than $10,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.7 of the Consultant Guidelines.
The Borrower shall carry out Part A of the Project through MOPT which shall also be responsible for the overall coordination of the Project and for providing oversight.

The Guarantor shall: (a) carry out or cause to be carried out the Action Plan with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative practices; (b) not later than March 31 of each year, through MOPT, exchange views with the Bank with regard to the progress of the Action Plan; and (c) not later than September 30 of each year, through MOPT, submit to the Bank, for the Bank’s approval, the Guarantor’s updated Action Plan.
Such amendatory agreement shall provide that the MOPT shall have the same rights and obligations as the existing Landing Party Signatories.
One leave day shall be taken on a day specified by MOPT which shall fall in the period surrounding Christmas and New Year.
