SPID is the number that identifies a service provider to the relevant NPAC. The SPID may be a state-specific number. "Serving Wire Center" denotes the CenturyLink building from which dial tone for local Exchange Service would normally be provided to a particular End User Customer premises. Anaerobic digester means a liquid manure storage area that is constructed with the intent to capture and combust gas emissions resulting from the digestion of waste by microbes in anaerobic conditions. An anaerobic digester is a LMSA and is required to comply with all requirements applicable to LMSAs. Requirements specific to anaerobic digesters will be noted when applicable.
Sensor means any measurement device that is not part of the vehicle itself but installed to determine parameters other than the concentration of gaseous and particle pollutants and the exhaust mass flow.
Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.
