MoPF definition

MoPF means the Borrower’s Ministry of Public Finance, or any successor thereto;
MoPF means the Borrower’s Ministry of Public Finance, or any legal successor thereto;
MoPF means the Borrower’s Ministry of Public Finance or any successor thereto. “MoU and the Loan Agreement between Romania and the EC” means the Memorandum of Understanding and the Loan Agreement signed between Romania and EC dated June 23, 2009 ratified through the Borrower’s Emergency Ordinance No. 82/2009 as amended.

  • SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.

  • Mistletoe Thinning means the removal of designated conifer trees bearing visible mistletoe plants on branches as well as visible plants or infections on the stem.
