  • The Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis and MOPAC anticipate if the Metropolitan Police Service is providing the hosting arrangement under the NPCC Collaboration Agreement then it will also provide the hosting arrangement for NPoCC and that it shall be desirable for the hosting arrangements to be linked.

  • It is agreed that it may not be possible to share information with the Parties on details of award of NPoCC Contracts (where these have been entered into for the mutual benefit of NPoCC and MOPAC) until after the date on which such NPoCC Contracts are awarded.
