EchoEye means EchoCath's proprietary technology for allowing clinicians to view tissues and organs in three- dimensional real-time and provide forward looking intravascular images and guidance for ultrasound guided procedures, and covered by the Patents.
EchoEye r"" is a trademark of EchoCath and, within of this Agreement, means the technology of EchoCath for a forward looking intra-vascular and intra-cavity ultrasound system for 3-D imaging, as more particularly described by the U.S. Patents listed on Exhibit A.
