MOONLIGHT as used in this Agreement means professional and patient- care activities involving the practice of medicine that are separate and apart from the clinical and educational work hours for the Program. Resident may not engage in Moonlighting without prior notification to and approval of the Program Director. If Resident receives approval to Moonlight, their performance will be monitored and evaluated to ensure compliance with the ACGME clinical and educational work-hour regulations. MetroHealth reserves the right to revoke any authorization for Moonlighting at its sole discretion. Moonlighting activities are not covered by MetroHealth’s professional liability insurance unless the Moonlighting is: (a) pre-approved; and (b) conducted at a MetroHealth site.

  • Unless we have given our express prior written approval thereto, all Passengers boarding the Ship for a Moonlight Cruise (any Cruise beginning after 11:00 p.m.) must be 21 years of age or older and must present a valid picture I.D.   • If, however, a Resident should choose to Moonlight, whether internally within KFH or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Permanente (as hereinafter defined) or externally, such Resident shall be required to obtain, prior to commencing such Moonlighting, a written statement of permission from the Program Director.

  • Permission to Moonlight will be granted at the sole discretion of the Program Director and such written permission shall be made a part of such Resident’s file.

  • Moonlight Rate for annually contracted faculty: See Appendix A for associate salary schedule.
