Moody’s Rating Factor definition

Moody’s Rating Factor means, in respect of an underlying Obligor of a Collateral Obligation, the rating factor as so advised by Moody’s from time to time.
Moody’s Rating Factor means for each Portfolio Asset, the number set forth in the table below opposite the Moody’s Default Probability Rating of such Portfolio Asset. Moody’s Rating Factor means, for each Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination, the number set forth in the table below opposite the Moody’s Default Probability Rating of such Reference Obligation. Any Reference Obligation issued or guaranteed by the United States government or any agency or instrumentality thereof is assigned a Moody’s Default Probability Rating equal to the then-current Moody’s rating of the direct obligations of the United States government.
