MOO definition

MOO means Seller’s obligation to Bid or cause Seller’s SC to Bid the DRAM Resource into the CAISO Markets based on the type of Product and in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
MOO means the MS OEM Online website located at *** (or any successor URL provided by MS).

  • nominee company means a corporate body registered or having an established place of business in England and Wales which holds title to property for another;
