  • The Monthly Subscription Charge and the offsetting Monthly Subscription Credit will appear as separate line items on the monthly FPL Account bills of participating Eligible Customers during every month of their respective Enrollments and will be subject to all applicable taxes and fees.

  • In any month where the Monthly Subscription Charge exceeds the Monthly Subscription Credit, the Monthly Subscription Credit will be re-set to equal the Monthly Subscription Charge.

  • Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time by notice of not less than one full Monthly Subscription Charge period.

  • If Subscriber terminates this Agreement after Enrollment and before the first billing month under the Program, Subscriber’s monthly FPL Account ▇▇▇▇ for the first billing month under the Program will nevertheless include the full amount of the Monthly Subscription Charge and the full amount of the Monthly Subscription Credit (as such terms are defined in Section 1 of Article II of this Agreement).

  • Your Direct Debit payment will be processed in advance on a monthly basis for the amount of the Monthly Subscription Charge.
