Monthly Stipend definition

Monthly Stipend means the monthly monetary contribution towards Your everyday living costs as outlined in item D.4.

  • Base Pay and the Monthly Stipend are not paid when the flat rate method of payment is used.

  • D.4.2 Payment of the Monthly Stipend is subject to You complying with this Agreement to Our satisfaction.

  • The Monthly Stipend shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Approved Budget, which at the time this Agreement was executed was One Hundred Fifty- Four Thousand Dollars ($154,000) per month as further detailed in Exhibit B.

  • You may, but are not obligated to, use the Monthly Stipend to pay for health insurance premiums or other medical expenses.
