Monthly Standing Charge definition

Monthly Standing Charge means the monthly charge for making the Services available at the Premises and keeping you connected to the energy network even when you might not be using the Services. This includes carrying out meter readings, maintenance and other related charges. The Monthly Standing Charge will be communicated to you once we become aware that the Services are not in use in accordance with Clause 8.4.2. “Micro Business” defined by Ofgem as a business which employs fewer than 10 employees (or their full time equivalent) and has an annual turnover or balance sheet no greater than €2 million, or those who use under 293,000 kWh of gas per year.
Monthly Standing Charge means the monthly rate charged by a Helicopter Contractor for the provision of a sole use Helicopter.
Monthly Standing Charge means the monthly charge for making the Services available at the Premises and keeping you connected to the energy network even when you might not be using the Services. Network Operator” are the companies that manage the local electricity distribution systems and national transmission systems that supply your Premises from the grid. “Non-Renewable Electricity Source” electricity generated from a resource that cannot be replaced when it is used up including, but not limited to oil, natural gas or coal.

Examples of Monthly Standing Charge in a sentence

  • The Standing Charge that applies to you depends on whether you have agreed to pay a Daily Standing Charge as part of your Contract or, if your Premises are empty and you are not using the Services at the Premises as expected in-line with your original quote, you may be charged a Monthly Standing Charge to cover the rental of the Meter and other associated costs.

  • If Availability falls below 98% at any Base, the monthly payment for that Base will be calculated by multiplying the percentage Availability achieved in the relevant Month by the Monthly Standing Charge.

  • The Monthly Standing Charge shall be reduced by the total amount of service credits due to the Department (if any) in that Month, as set out in Schedule 8.2 (Contract Incentive Scheme (KPI's).

  • If within one Month the percentage of Tasks achieved within the time periods set out in paragraph 26.2 above falls below 85% at any Base excluding any instances which the Department has accepted that the additional time was reasonably required in accordance with paragraph 27.1 above, one percent of the Monthly Standing Charge for that Base shall be deducted from the Monthly Standing Charge.

  • If the Base is declared Unavailable for any cumulative period exceeding a total of 72 hours in any Month, no additional deduction shall be made from the Monthly Standing Charge in respect of the period of time in excess of 72 hours.

  • Where the Department does not accept that the additional time was reasonably required, a deduction shall be made from the Monthly Standing Charge in accordance with paragraph 27.2.

  • When an aircraft is deemed unserviceable per the provisions or for unscheduled maintenance, a replacement aircraft shall be provided, unless EEPGL advises that it is not required, in which case the Monthly Standing Charge will be adjusted.

  • Charge (per calendar month) The Monthly Standing Charge (MSC), or prorata part thereof, shall be due from the COMMENCEMENT DATE and for each month thereafter of AVAILABILITY of the HELICOPTER within the OPERATIONAL PERIOD.

Related to Monthly Standing Charge

  • Monthly Recurring Charge or “MRC” shall mean the monthly recurring charges for the Service as set out in the Customer Order Form or COF;

  • Carrying Charges or "rental" means all regular charges paid on a periodic basis to a housing corporation by a person or family living in a rental or cooperative housing project, excluding initial down payments.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • operating charge means any amount charged to a client by a registered firm in respect of the operation, transfer or termination of a client’s account and includes any federal, provincial or territorial sales taxes paid on that amount;

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the maximum amount which is payable in any period for interest on, and original issue discount of, Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable in respect of any Disqualified Stock.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Non-Recurring Charges means any charges imposed by the TDSP or other third parties on a non-recurring basis for services, repairs or additional equipment needed for Customer’s electric service.

  • Recurring Charges means where you allow a Merchant to bill your Account for a specified or unspecified amount, at regular or irregular intervals for goods or services;

  • parking charge means the charge paid by drivers to leave a vehicle in a parking place;

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Finance Charge Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09.

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of **** and a storage and handling charge of ****, in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule As of any date, the list of Prepayment Charges included in the Trust Fund on such date, attached hereto as Schedule 2 (including the prepayment charge summary attached thereto). The Prepayment Charge Schedule shall set forth the following information with respect to each Prepayment Charge:

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Monthly Statement The statement delivered to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.06.

  • Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA. “月服务费”是指针对没有达到系统可用性 SLA 的受影响的云服务支付的月服务费(或年服务费的 1/12)。

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.
