Monthly Remuneration Rate definition
Monthly Remuneration Rate has the meaning given in Schedule 2 (Pricing Schedule).
Monthly Remuneration Rate has the meaning given in Schedule 2 (Pricing Schedule) of the Deed. Moral Rights means the right of integrity of authorship (that is, not to have a work subjected to derogatory treatment), the right of attribution of authorship of a work, and the right not to have authorship of a work falsely attributed, as defined in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). MOU or Treaty means the Memorandum of Understanding or Treaty in relation to Development Cooperation, including any related Subsidiary Arrangement entered into between DFAT and the Government of the relevant Partner Country, if any, which deals with the governmental arrangements applicable to this Contract.
