Monthly Program Fee definition

Monthly Program Fee means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2 which is set forth in the Addendum.

Examples of Monthly Program Fee in a sentence

  • The Monthly Royalty Fee and the Monthly Program Fee will be paid to us at the place we designate on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month and will be accompanied by our standard schedule setting forth in reasonable detail the computation of the Monthly Royalty Fee and Monthly Program Fee for such month.

  • The Monthly Program Fee does not cover your costs of participating in any optional marketing programs and promotions offered by us or Hilton from time to time in which you voluntarily choose to participate.

  • We reserve the right to require you to transmit the Monthly Royalty Fee and the Monthly Program Fee and all other payments required under this Agreement by wire transfer or other form of electronic funds transfer.

  • Beginning on the Opening Date, you will pay to us for each month (or part of a month, including the final month you operate under this Agreement) a Monthly Royalty Fee and a Monthly Program Fee, each of which is set forth in the Rider.

  • Beginning on the Opening Date, you will pay to us for each month (or part of a month, including the final month you operate under this Agreement) the Monthly Royalty Fees as set forth and defined in the Rider and a Monthly Program Fee in the amount of four percent (4%) of the Hotel's Gross Rooms Revenue (as the term is defined more specifically in Subparagraph 7.b. below) for the preceding calendar month.

  • The amount of the Monthly Program Fee is subject to change by us from time to time.

  • However, increase in the Monthly Program Fee, if any, will not exceed one percent (1%) of the Hotel's Gross Rooms Revenue in any calendar year, and the cumulative increases in the Monthly Program Fee, during the Term of this Agreement, will not exceed five percent (5%) of Gross Rooms Revenue.

Related to Monthly Program Fee

  • Monthly P&I Advance An advance of funds by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02 or a Servicer pursuant to its Selling and Servicing Contract to cover delinquent principal and interest installments.

  • Monthly P&I means, with respect to any Receivable, the amount of each monthly installment of principal and interest payable with respect to such Receivable in accordance with the terms thereof, exclusive of any charges allocable to the financing of any insurance premium and charges which represent late payment charges or extension fees.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Monthly Progress Report Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.7 (Monthly Progress Report).

  • Base Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Distribution Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or, with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Original Pool Balance.
