Monthly Payout means, with respect to any month, an amount equal to the LP Monthly Cash Distribution received by the Limited Partner during such month times the Payout Discount Factor.

  • Minimum Monthly Payout Earned commissions of less than $50 in any month will not be paid and will be added to commissions earned in succeeding months until the minimum of $50 is reached.
