Monthly Minimum Quantity definition

Monthly Minimum Quantity means (i) for any month during the Start-up Period, the volume of Renewable Hydrocarbons that Seller reasonably believes can be produced at the Facility; [**], and (ii) for any month during the Delivery Term, [**] of the Target Monthly Quantity for such month.

Monthly Minimum Quantity means, with respect to a Contract Month, 46,000,000 Pounds of PGP; provided, however, if on the Expansion Notice Effective Date (if it occurs) the PDH II Effective Date has not yet occurred, then beginning on the Expansion Notice Effective Date (if it occurs) and continuing until the PDH II Effective Date, the Monthly Minimum Quantity shall be 53,000,000 Pounds of PGP; after the PDH II Effective Date occurs, the Monthly Minimum Quantity shall revert to 46,000,000 Pounds of PGP; provided further, however, notwithstanding the foregoing, during the period (x) from the Effective Date until the Expansion Notice Effective Date (if it occurs), Purchaser may elect, in its sole discretion, for the Monthly Minimum Quantity to be 30,00,000 Pounds of PGP for a maximum of 2 Contract Months during any Contract Year, and (y) from and after the Expansion Notice Effective Date (if it occurs) until the end of the Term, Purchaser may elect, in its sole discretion, for the Monthly Minimum Quantity to be 26,000,000 Pounds of PGP for a maximum of 2 Contract Months during any Contract Year. Examples of Monthly Minimum Quantity in a sentence

  • The newly established ADT NA Group Insurance Plans shall be substantially similar to the Tyco Group Insurance Plans.

  • All Replacement Hydrocarbons delivered shall count towards Gevo’s obligations to deliver an amount on a monthly basis at least equal to the applicable Monthly Minimum Quantity.

More Definitions of Monthly Minimum Quantity

Monthly Minimum Quantity for a Month means the Daily Minimum Quantity multiplied by the number of Days in that Month.
Monthly Minimum Quantity shall be determined as provided in Section 4.1.1.
Monthly Minimum Quantity means, for any calendar month in the Delivery Term, the product of (a) the Monthly Average Load Forecast for such month and (b) the number of hours in such month.

Related to Monthly Minimum Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.
