Monthly Minimum Charge definition

Monthly Minimum Charge. The Applicant shall guarantee payment of the minimum monthly charge, as established in the applicable retail rate, for a period of sixty (60) consecutive months. The cooperative may require this minimum payment be paid in advance if it believes circumstances are such that the service may not remain on a continuing basis or have limited electrical usage.
Monthly Minimum Charge. ’ means the charge payable by the consumer in cases where such charge is not exceeded during any particular month by the charge which is the sum of the demand and running charges for that month;
