Monthly liability definition
Monthly liability means the amount the parent(s)/guardian(s) is expected to pay to the county and/or to contracting providers for family reunification services received by the family during the calendar month.

Examples of Monthly liability in a sentence
For breaches that continue across multiple calendar months, the Monthly Liability Cap of the month in which the breach initially occurred shall govern the entire breach.
Instead, all such breaches shall be subject to the single Monthly Liability Cap for that month.
